I called him in the morning for an inspection in San Leandro, and within two hours he completely a comprehensive inspection, examined the CARFAX report, and helped me understand it by phone. I wasn't able to be at the inspection, and he was able to do it all remotely. He clearly knows what he's doing, and is an exceedingly nice, trustworthy person. The bottom line--for the same price (or less) as having to bring a car into a garage for an inspection, he was able to provide the same service. And he steered me away from purchasing a lemon.
